Sales Support Expert

Sales Support tasks:

Sales Support is responsible for commercial proposal preparation and order management with carrier customers from all around the world. In this position, you will closely work with our sales managers as well as carrier customers directly, answering incoming requests for quotation, validating special customer requests with internal technical teams and coordinate ordering process across DT’s affiliates and manage administration of customer orders.
In this team, you can get experience of operating wholesale business of international service provider company, gain market knowledge of wholesale access and transport solutions, and improve your communication and problem solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

 Manage incoming requests from allocated customers (quotation, orders, requests for changes and cancellations)
 Respond to customer and to sales requests in a timely manner.
 Understanding of the customer requests and offering matching solution from DT product portfolio
 Process orders and costing requests in DT IT systems including triggering of signature process with customers
 Preparing commercial offers and proposals for smaller bids
 Preparing and validating technical feasibility and solutions for customer requests
 Collect and prepare all project related costs and technical documents
 Consulting and coordinating activities with involved departments within the company
 Working in different internal IT tools
 Provide reports to customer on demand

 Fluent English and Czech verbal and writing skills Essential
 Work experience in Sales, Sales Support or Solution Engineering Preferable
 Good technical experience and knowledge of data telecommunication networks and products Preferable
 German language knowledge is an asset Preferable

Special requirements:

This position might require some international travel that may be outside of normal working hours.
